Personal Identification (Section 4 of the Registration Form)
A copy of photo identification issued under law, i.e. current Australian drivers' license or current Passport (Non-Australian residents must make copy of passport). Ensure the copy is legible and the photo recognisable as the holder.
BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION (Section 5 of the Registration Form)
Please supply copies of documentation confirming your business eligibility from ONE of the following 4 options:
OPTION 1: JAA Membership / Buying Group / Other Jewellery Association
1. Copy of the Membership Certificate or letter from relevant Buying Group/Jewellery association confirming membership.
NB: Wholesalers are not permitted to attend. AND
2. Recent payslip with details clearly legible and dated within the last 12 months confirming your employment in the jewellery industry.
OPTION 2: Business documentation for full registration (Jewellery Retailers to be considered for permanent buyer card)
1. 3 copies of Invoices that you have received from 3 different jewellery trade suppliers (dated within the last 12 months with a combined total of $2500 or more) AND
2. Copy of Business Registration Certificate, OR
3. Copy of ABN Certificate, OR
4. I am a Sole Trader – if you do not have an ABN Certificate, please include a letter from one of your Jewellery related suppliers confirming your trade with them.
OPTION 3: Business documentation for temporary registration. (Gift or fashion retailers looking to add Jewellery to inventory – buyers must re-register each fair)
1. 3 copies of Invoices that you have received from 3 different retail trade suppliers (dated within the last 12 months with a combined total of $2500 or more) AND
2. Copy of Business Registration Certificate, OR
3. Copy of ABN Certificate, OR
4. I am a Sole Trader – if you do not have an ABN Certificate, please include a letter from one of your retail related suppliers confirming your trade with them.
OPTION 4: Student
1. Students must be studying a jewellery industry related course and include a photo identification issued under law and a letter from the college or enrolment confirmation proving enrolment in a relevant jewellery related course
